Federal Prosecution charges those involved in this case that they violated the Heroic Act by flirting with organisations like “Al-Qaeda” and “Islamic State”, as well as related organisations, reported “Blic”, Periscope broadcast.
The defendants are Naim Cherni, Qaasim Illi and Nicolas Blanco.
They are accused of producing film recordings in Syria with a leading representative of the al-Qaeda terrorist organisation in Syria at the end of September 2015 and mid-October 2015. This is what the federal prosecutor writes in a statement.
Film records were used “to propagand for the representative of Al Cida”, the prosecutor continued.
Two videos were published on the YouTube internet platform, which was approved by I The ZRS and were actively promoted by Cherni, Illi and Blanco through social media and a public event.
It's not clear where Cherni, Illi and Blanco are.
Just hours ago, self-declared Islam distributed several Facebook photos showing that at least two of the three defendants are in Myanmar.
Criminal proceedings have started since 2015.
The law envisions a prison sentence of up to five years for such terrorist propaganda. /Periscopi/
