North Korea confirmed on Sunday that it had carried out a successful nuclear bomb test with hydrogen designed for interccivilal ballistics, “reported. Sputnik International” Transmission Periscope.
“I think that the conversation about military action [against jinn] is completely out of the question. The harshest sanctions may be necessary, and China has already said it will not allow North Korea to continue on this road. The worst sanctions mean that nothing will go to North Korea except food and medicine. There would be no fuel and no other product that would help improve the North Korean nuclear programme”, Howard Stoffer said.

When asked why there were no proposals from the United Nations for North Korea, China, the United States and Russia to sit together and discuss the situation in question, he said much depends on the parties involved in the process.
In May, the UN Security Council unanimously backed a resolution tightening sanctions against North Korea due to its ballistic missile activities.
Meanwhile, Switzerland said it was ready to act as a mediator in the conflict./Periscopi/
