Shpend Ahmeti on PDK charges: I thought...

Shpend Ahmeti has responded to PDK charges, that he will be sent to Special Prosecutor for violations in the Pristina municipality and construction without permission.

Ironically with these accusations, Ahmeti has described them as campaigning.
