A report about Kosovo dialogue with Serina by Peace and Rights Building Programme Director David Phillips at the University of Colombia has proposed that the two states should set the main points in dialogue and have a deadline to complete this dialogue no longer than two years.
The report also finds Serbia must recognise Kosovo, Klan Kosova reports.
The report also emphasizes the need for stronger actors to become part of dialogue, especially a stronger role to play in the United States.
Phillips, in his interview, has also said that “should prepare a scenario in which all parties win. Where recognition of Kosovo's independence should lead towards normalising bilateral relations and integrating the two countries into Euro-Atlantic institutions”.
