Serbia's Justice Minister Explains Ballist Trial

Serbia's Justice Minister Nela Kubovic said today that Serbian courts “can ensure fair judgment and fer” for Ismail Morina-Balkans, whose extradition from Croatia is demanding Serbia.

“As for this case, the decision must be expected by Croatia's Justice Minister, but I believe that the colleague will be brought in line with all-powerful decisions and that Morina will be extradited to Serbia so that criminal procedures can be carried out, which started before the Supreme Court in Belgrade”, Kubovovic told Tanjug, wrote public television.
