Serbia signs memorandum to introduce Russians to Kosovo

Serbia's so-called Office for Kosovo in Government Marko Djuric and Branimir Nesic, chief of the regional office for NGO-Balkans “Russian humanitarian sector”, have signed a memorandum of co-operation, with the claim, to assist Kosovo Serbs.
This Russian mission, attributed to the clothing of a humanitarian organisation, according to this memorandum, will in the future help Kosovo Serbs in the fields of education, health and social assistance.
But this mission, described as humanitarian, can also be used as a spy mission because it is directly financed by official Moscow funds.
Likewise, Russia and Serbia have also acted with the Russian Humanitarian Centre, located in the city of Nis.
The US government has accused Russia and Serbia, that this centre had nothing to do with humanitarian activities, but was acting as a Russian secret service centre, to undermine American interests in the Balkans, the newspaper writes
While the chief of this Russian organisation, today during the signing of the memorandum with the Serbian office chief for Kosovo, said the Russian humanitarian commission, works with the help and support of the Russian state and other funds in three regions of the Balkans, Central Asia and the Middle East.
