The document explains that Makron's EU bid will be “should open its doors to Balkan countries once they fully respect EU laws and demands regarding democracy”.
Makron outlined his full and inclusive ideas on the reshuffle of the entire EU and, in particular, of the eurozone, the heads of EU states or governments.
In the section referring to their positions on EU enlargement, Juncker stresses that the next step is “to prepare the ground for enlargement during the European Commission's future mandate of” and shows that this refers to “Serbia and Montenegro”.
