Rugova's absence fuelled suspicions that PAN has betrayed members of Rugova List.

An earlier visit by the candidate for prime minister from this coalition to the residence of President Ibrahim Rugova, whose daughter became the silent politician of the LDK, had hinted that PAN had secured a vote from the tax of opponents.

A “such agreements” between Haradinaj and Rugova had been reached with the negotiation of Rugova's brother, Uke Rugova, former condemned culture minister Astrit Haraqi and former Environment Minister Dardan Gashi.

But a month after that, Teuta Rugova's vote has become unnecessary.

PAN managed to convince AKR of Behgjet Pacolli to come out of the pre-election coalition with the LDK and the Alternative and join a post-election coalition with them.

So this PAN secured sufficient numbers for Government, however, the chairman of this coalition, Kadri Veseli, did not forget since the private residence of the new ally, Behgjet Pacolli, would show that the work of those engaged by RugovaList at Ibrahim Rugova's residence would be rewarded.

Wessel said that this coalition would also join a list, which he has named “List Rugova”, even though this list has officially disappeared since 2014.

“I also have other partners from the communities and we have our partnership with colleagues from Rugova list”, Veselin said, after signing the agreement with the AKR.

However, what happened the next day in PANA's discussions with the Serbian List changed that promise.

Cited to take office from the list that was left by “List Rugova” was Dardan Gashi. He had even expressed his desire long ago to take any post in Haradinaj Government.

But the Serb List's request to get an additional ministry, except for two received from the PAN, forced The AKR to withdraw from their five ministerial posts, granting the post of Ministry of Agriculture to the Serbian List.

With that, the hopes of Rugova's “List” taking over the promised post. AKR with a ministry missing, can no longer be released to donate ministries for them. The Ministry of Spatial Planning, which has the AKR as the place where Gashi would return as minister, has been told.

Suspicions that those engaged by the Rugova List have been betrayed by coalition The PAN grew on Thursday when the Parliament met again to continue the session it started on the day Teuta Rugova had voted in favour of the PAN.

But this time Rugova wasn't there. However PAN has managed to elect the Speaker of the Parliament, Kadri Wessel.

Insider has been trying all day to contact Teuta Rugova to learn the reason for her absence. He didn't pick up the phone and he didn't even return the phone messages.

There were also Dardan Gashi of the Astri Gharaki.

Why Teuta Rugova wasn't there yet, even her party, the LDK. This party, however, sent a communiqué through which it said that the “coalition that today elected the Speaker of the Parliament is fully dictated by the Serbian List and the deals”.

Although he mentioned the sexists he didn't tell anything about Rugova's absence.

“Today, the coalition of sexmen, also testified, that it represents only the narrow interests of three individuals who aim to be in the three main positions of the state, by not choosing means and having no consideration for the future of state”, the LDK communiqué said.

But it didn't take too long and LDK chairman Isa Mustafa himself spoke. He has satisfied the coalition's hope IF she wants to have Deputy Teuta Rugova's vote.

“The PDK did not get the long-awaited vote of MP Rugova. Her vote belongs to Ibrahim Rugova's party. Not those who work with the logic of SHIK, traders, trades and tabutaries” wrote Mustafa.

That the sexlers will not take any ministerial post were also understood by a last-hour stance by PDK deputy chairman Memli Krasniqi.

Invited to InfoBox Show, a few hours after Wessel was elected head of the Parliament, Krasniqi left the answer to whether Wessel will keep his word to engage sexmen in ministerial positions.

Kransiqi mentioned only “the participation of sexmen” in the Haradinaj Government, positively praising only Teuta Rugova's role in “the unblocking of institutions”.

“I cannot say List Ibrahim Rugova will be part of the government, because I don't know if it works that way, but a co-participation of that spirit will exist in Haradinaj”, Krasniqi said.

When asked if such a “participation is valid even if Rugova will not vote for Ramush Haradinaj prime minister, Krasniqi gave hope to those engaged by List Rugova.

“Despite that, we have a co-way in functionalisation of institutions, but we will have a partnership of”, Krasniqi said.

In any version, Dardan Gashi's desire and willingness to lead with a ministerial post seems unclear if it will be realised. /Insider. com
