Prime Minister Edi Rama has promised that Kosovo and Albania will have a European border. He has said Albania is willing to be in solving the problems Kosovo has.
He said Albanian diplomacy has been and will be active in recognising Kosovo. These statements were made during a media conference with Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, writes Periscopi.
We will have a European border for Albania and Kosovo where controls will not be conducted, but will be so rare that most people may fail to have any control in years as they do at the European Union's borders. To facilitate job market access that today are obvious difficulties for young people on both sides of the Albanian mountains. We have full agreement that the unification of our market precedes them as the unification of the regional market. In open opposition to all conspiracy theories for the regional economic area, I want to underline that Albania and Kosovo have all the possibilities to be the model preceding the example of regional economic zone creation”, Rama has said, the Periscope broadcast.
He has also talked about the demarcation issue, which he said this issue should be resolved as soon as possible because as he said, he is creating many problems for Kosovo.
“E has shared a concern with the prime minister on the demarcation issue with Montenegro. It is necessary to resolve a stalemate in this issue that is creating no small problems”, Rama has said. /Periscope.
