The health information system is still not operational at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo and in regional hospitals, even though most of these health facilities are equipped with infrastructure needed by the Ministry of Health.
Mantel Whites see the functioning of this system as necessary, while KKUK's leaders say this project has been delayed by the Ministry of Health.
The latter give no hope that jobs will be done soon. /21Media
