This, according to body - language experts, has to do with the expression that has remained to him since the time of the KGB, when agents were trained to hold their right hand near the belt, near the gun, to respond more quickly in case of danger.

Putin is considered one of the most powerful people in the world. He controls nearly all assets of his state, whether at the public or private level, through the expanded network of collaborators.
