It's exactly the big parking lot behind Terranova ( Ex Hysey, who has already provided enlightenment.
The Public Services Directorate has been active almost throughout the mandate in implementing all necessary requirements of Pristina citizens, as they are now focused on lighting roads, to make it easier to move all residents.
