Sadush Rysa was the next Witness to be invited to the trial, where Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Limaj and others are already being accused of misusing official office.
Rysha, who is currently manager at the construction company “Eskavator” in Ferizaj was questioned about the summer maintenance of regional roads in the Ferizaj region in 2008, just when Limaj was minister of transport.
Asked by prosecutor Charles Hardaway whether the company offered in question for summer maintenance for the Ferizaj region in 2008, Rysha responded with “but, of course, yes, we all attend”, adding that he cannot remember whether he won.
The prosecutor's subsequent question concerned Bajrush Xhemajli, who had at the time been chairman of the Ferizaj municipality.
“A has ever been Bajrush Xhemajli involved with the company “Eskavator”? ”, Hardaway said, alluding to whether he helped the company with the tender in question.
The witness's response was “I don't believe it helped, nor do I have any” information.
Aside from Bajrush Xhemajli, another political figure was again mentioned in the trial.
This is Ademi Salihaj, the former head of Ferizaj and the former LDK delegation.
Regarding Salihaj, the prosecutor asked the witness whether he ever had contact with the “Source” company, which has also dealt with the asphalt of the roads.
The Witness replied that he has no knowledge.
At the previous session, while witnessing to Becir Deda, who was part of the “Source” company, he had completely denied that Adam Saliaj was in some way connected to this company.
Prosecutor Charles Hardaway confronted the witness with some communications made between him and Ali Ali, the last witness in the previous hearings.
In this communication, Ali Aliu asked Round “you've been calling the most afraid minister of Fatmir”, and Rysha replied to “not”. Afterwards, Aliu asked “that was conned by Bajrush Xhemajli with yours?”, and Rysha's response was “someone but not something quadms”.
And for this communication the witness was asked whether he has sent anyone to the Ministry for tenders concerning the summer maintenance of Kosovo's regional roads. And he replied: “I haven't been in a position to send someone, I don't think they sent it to”, repeating he doesn't remember this communication, and he doesn't even remember Ali Ali himself.
Tomorrow's session will witness Education Kolshi.
