The driver of the latter has done no care as he moved to the area destined for passersby only, the telegram broadcasts.
Those present have run for help as she barely moved the cause of her advanced age and injuries.
On the other hand, the motorcyclist has left in an unknown direction and efforts are being made to identify himself.
