A Ukrainian politician has been ruled by only one blow, during a heated debate with members of an opposition party.
Tensions rose and fist exchanges began at Kiev's regional council during Tuesday, following a heated debate over the regional budget, Telegraphed.
When the council's leader voted in favor, MPs from the Porosenko bloc approached the speaker in order to allow the session to continue.
She tried to get rid of him by pushing him, and an MP from the Yulia Tymoshenko bloc approached to help, but suffered badly when he was punched in the face by rival faction member.
