The Pristina- Haniil Highway of Elez is a major infrastructure project in Kosovo.
This highway will significantly cut the distance between the two capitals and affect the increase in exchange of goods and easier movement of people from both countries.
The first part of this highway to the village of Ferizaj's Babush was inaugurated last year.
Otherwise, the Pristina highway '%Sup is scheduled to end in 2018. With the completion of this highway, Kosovo meets the goals of building European corridors set out at the Western Balkans Prime Ministers Forum, as well as the Southeast European Transport Observatory.
The highway is being built by the US-Turkish consortium “Bektel-Enka”. This company has also built “The Nation's Street” from Albania's Rubik to Bessi near Pristina in Kosovo.
