Minister who co-governs with Serbian List is split by PDK because of Serbian List

The acting minister of Diaspora, on his last day in the task, has been addressed to those he served.

He has said that serving as Diaspora minister in his past government mandate has been a privilege to have done in the function of strengthening diaspora ties with the country.

Also with you, women and men, who for decades have put your lives and families in the service of Kosovo and Albanians wherever they live. Murati has said that, as well as known, except for the former minister now, he is also chairman of the Movement for the Union.

Therefore, recent developments about our common homeland do not allow me to remain indifferent and not say a few more words about it. Because of the political circumstances created after the June 11th elections, I have had the deep conviction that the right way to place Kosovo on the track of political stability has been a comprehensive government, with limited time mandate but to advance some of the fundamental problems our country has faced in the recent past (election reform, army creation, demarcation, association etc.). I have also been convinced, and I have expressed it publicly, that a government in which Albanians and other minorities do not reach the majority (the number of 61 votes) meant empowering and creating political dependence on the Serbian List, which, in reality, continues to be Belgrade's protracted hand. Under circumstances when this happened, when there was no readiness from Albanian political subjects ( PAN, VV and LDK) to overcome narrow party interests, me, personally, and the Movement for the Union we considered impossible to become part of this government. We also found that our political journey now will do us ourselves, so that our programme and political platform, as well as that of economic development, can turn it into a serious political alternative. To achieve this, it is necessary to unify each of us's potential. This project needs willing and just people who are willing to make their valuable contribution to the good of our country.
