German Chancellor Angela Merkel says it is unacceptable for Hungary to ignore a decision by the EU Supreme Court on accepting refugees under an EU plan. But it doesn't specify the consequences, Russia Today” reported, broadcast Periscopi.
Hungary's prime minister has said that while he took into account “the European Court of Justice ruling last week, he will continue to reject plans.
Merkel told Tuesday's edition of the daily “Berliner Zeitung”: “This government says it is not interested in a ruling by the European Court of Justice and cannot be accepted”.
In the question of whether this means that Hungary must leave the EU, it replied: “This means that a very essential European issue has been affected, because for me Europe is a country governed by” laws, Merkel said./Periscopi/
