This warning from the US comes in the background of a verbal tension between Donald Trump and Kim Jong for the communist regime's nuclear programme.
Within the framework of the UN General Assembly in New York, the head of North Korean diplomacy told reporters that his country is expected to experience the explosion of a hydrogen bomb outside its territory.
“This would be an irresponsible shocking demonstration in the health plan, stability and non-proliferation of nuclear weapons”, Mattis told media after leaving in India where he will pay a three-day visit.
The question of whether a test of this nature constituted an act of war, the Pentagon head refused to respond. On Saturday, the U.S. sent fighter planes off the North Korean coast to step up pressure on gyan, in order to give up nuclear and ballistic ambitions.
