The SPD, however, has ruled out the formation of a second consecutive coalition with Merkel conservatives, said “Deutsche Welle”, the Periscopi broadcast.

Angela Merkel has just started talking at a news conference. She said her CSU party is analyzing how she lost more than 1.4 million voters who had given her the vote The FDP and an additional million voters who have voted the AfD '%s.
