LDK benefits from coalition PAN-AKR

The AKR's departure from the coalition with the LDK could strengthen the latter. Based on what has been reported so far, the AKR at Haradinaj Centre will also have the post of deputy prime minister. Given that this is a very important post, like the second man of government, then potentially in this position could be the head of this party, Behgjet Pacolli.
The same position Pacolli had held during Hashim Thaci's rule during 2010-2014, becoming his deputy.
Any government post that can take over AKR deputies, this party could lose power in the Assembly and help the LDK grow.
That's because if Pacolli becomes deputy prime minister of government, or even minister in the Haradinaj government, then automatism he loses the deputy's mandate.
This will enable the LDK to grow for a more deputy in the Assembly.
On the basis of the CEC MP's list issued by early parliamentary elections, held on 11 June, the LDK candidate for deputy, Imet Canman, who has been former minister of health, is in line.
In this election, Mrmerman had won 7 thousand and 272 votes.
Considering that the four AKR deputies are male, then, if each one of them loses the MP's mandate, then it has to be replaced by a candidate for a male deputy, which in this case is Imet Canter by LDK.
And if the female quota is calculated, then the AKR would be more comfortable, because in turn it is its MP candidate, Albena Resiti, who had won 5 thousand and 630 votes.
According to the resulting data, five ministries will take control of the New Kosovo Alliance (AKR) in the Haradinaj government.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Spatial Planning, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Economic Development will meet the AKR in the next government.
Ramush Haradinaj will not have the right to dismiss ministers or deputy ministers appointed by the New Kosovo Alliance (AKR), with which he signed agreements this evening.
A few points, including the immediate harmonisation of the Government Programme 2017-2021, are included.
“At the request of AKR's leader are appointed and downloaded all the scripts that stem from this agreement and that are representatives of the AKR, as are the ministers, deputy ministers etc”, said at the 5th point of the agreement between the AKR and the PAN.
This agreement provision highlights the fact that the AKR president will have power over all the ministers he appoints himself.
And so, The AKR will have seven deputy ministers: Zv. Foreign Minister; Zv. Interior Minister; Zv. Minister of Environment and Planning; Vice. Minister of Social Management; Zv. Minister of Health; Zv. Minister of Culture; Zv. Minister of Education.
