The serious event took place at the residence Saturday afternoon (September 23rd) near Migeni Theatre in Vojo Kushi neighbourhood, Shkoder, following a verbal conflict that had been victimised and his uncle.
The 62-year-old has declared during the court hearing that it was his nephew who attacked him first.
The grandson and uncle lived in a house but with separate entrances from one another.
The ongoing debate teaches that Bujar Kuci has stabbed the 33-year-old, initially leaving him injured but has passed away on his way to the hospital as a result of his injuries.
The father of two children turns out to have suffered two wounds on his body, one near his heart and the other on his feet, and it is taught that as a result of his massive blood loss, he could not survive.
