On September 7th 1990, the delegates of the then Assembly declared the Constitution of Kosovo, known as the Constitution of Kacanik, setting the foundations of citizenship and testifying to the determination of the people of Kosovo for freedom, independence and democracy.
Pride for that historic era does not fade, despite the fact that right after 27 years, as a result of the Meskian calculations of a political group -- the Parliament of Kosovo and the Government -- only undergo concessions, and as the Serb List dictates, with Belgrade's blessing.
Respect for all MPs and other activists who risked their lives to allow for the approval of the Chacanik Constitution!
