However, these EU official statements have prompted reactions from representatives of the Serbian List. Through a communique for the media, this party says it strongly condemns Apostoloves's statement.
“Zone has expressed the view that the Association of Serbian municipalities will be formed in line with the Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina. If Mrs. Apolsalova has forgotten that the formation of Serb municipalities was imposed by Pristina on the Brussels agreement, and not on the basis of certain court decisions. The Serbian list and the Serbian people will not accept the Union's creation beyond what is the Belgrade negotiating team signed”, said in response.
The fact that the founding of the Serb community of municipalities has so far been delayed does not mean that we have forgotten and that we will pass over our interests.
The surprising “is this statement of the special representative of the European Union, which in the negotiations process should be a neutral mediator. If Mrs. Apostalova in the European Union is disappointing, that means the European Union does not respect even those agreements that are guarantor of implementation”, the party explains.
