Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj through a statement has said state security institutions have no evidence that Agriculture Minister Nenad Ricalo has been involved in crimes during the war in Kosovo.
Haradinaj's statement has been conveyed to the media through the prime minister's media office, under which the new prime minister has concerned some citizens' reactions regarding the possibility of including a member of the cabinet, Minister Nenad Rikalo, in what it claims the mistreatment of Pristina citizens during the period of 1999.
Right after that, through official and written channels, I have requested information from the State Prosecutor, AKI and the Kosovo Police regarding citizens' claims of his involvement in the activities mentioned above. From the answers I received, on the official road, from these three state institutions, there is no indication that he has been involved in such actions”, said Prime Minister Haradinaj's statement.
Haradinaj through this statement assures Kosovo's citizens, that not only in this case but also in any similar situation, will act according to the law and its responsibilities.
