Haradinaj committed legal violations from the beginning of office (Document)

He had said that the commission has also accepted Murat Mehes's report regarding demarcation with Montenegro, which had reactions from Ramush Haradinaj, who called Mehen “peg”.

As a sublegal act, however, the Government at its 140th collection also approved the regulation in which each procedure is presented more specifically, including the commission's dismissal, which in this case is entirely in conflict with Article 13.

Article 40 of Law No. 04/L-072 for State Border Control and Supervision (The Official Agency/Nr. 02/20 January 2012, stipulates that the Government of the Republic of Kosovo appoints members of the State Commission for Sanitation and Maintaining the State Border, established under the international agreement.

In accordance with this article, with decision No. 1267 of March 21, 2012, the government had established the State Commission for Marking and Maintaining the State Border, led by Murat Meha, and with decision No. 0528 of May 8, 2015, had continued its mandate for another three years.

The State Commission for Marking and Maintaining the State Border had a mandate until 2018.
