“As presented in the legislative proposal of the European Commission of May 2016, ratification of the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro is a requirement for visa liberalisation”, the Office in the EU's response sent to Isader said.
Furthermore, the EU Office in Kosovo has said visa liberalisation is considered the joint responsibility of the government and the opposition.
