Albanian asylum seekers in France have become a concern for this country's authorities. The French government has assigned several duties to Albanian authorities to curb the asylum research phenomenon, writes Koha Ditore.
To that end, state police in Albania have drafted an action plan for curbing asylum seekers. Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro police authorities are also involved in this plan.
This is about the fact that many of the asylum seekers from Albania, following the strengthening of controls and some strict additional measures at the Rinas airport, have enabled the airports of neighbouring countries like Pristina in Kosovo, Podgorica's in Montenegro, Skopje, but especially the small Ohrid airport in Macedonia, which asylumers use to go to European Union countries.
