The EU's top court rejects complaints Wednesday from Slovakia and Hungary regarding migration policy in the EU. Moreover, this court has said that Brussels' right to force member states to accommodate refugees should be respected, Russia Today” reported, Perscope broadcast.
The European Court of Justice found that the EU had the right to order national governments to receive mainly Syrian displaced refugee quotas from Italy and Greece.
