Vala has announced that during these days, all consumers have accepted concerns about calls from several numbers with +382 prefixing.
In this case, V ALA has added that in the event of notice on these calls no expense is caused to all consumers, unless someone decides to call back those numbers, then the current tariffs are established.
Also V ALA has added that this phenomenon has nothing to do with the operator in question.
This is the full announcement from the VLA:
Dear consumers,
We inform you that these days we have acknowledged concerns about calls from some numbers to +382.
If such numbers call you and you receive notice of those calls, you are not given any expense.
But if you call back those numbers, then you get hit with current tariffs.
This phenomenon has nothing to do with Vala, and as such a phenomenon it is misuse by international companies that can come from very small countries.
The wave is dealing with this case in order to prevent as much as possible.
We recommend you be careful not to call back numbers that may be unknown to you.
