The Constitutional Court in Pristina has postponed this session until October 10th due to the absence of Albin Kurti and Donika Kadai-Bujupi.
Since the court hearing does not meet the conditions to be held due to the lack of indictees, it made the decision to postpone.
Witnesses in this case were Blerta Kodra-Deliu and Bekim Haxhiu.
And the accused who were present at the session were Albulen Haxhiu and Faton Topalli, writes Indexline.
