So far, the number of victims has reached 13, until foreign media reports are about 25 injured.
The small island, located in the Caribbean, Barbuda, is said to have been completely destroyed until the French island with foreign territory, St. Martin, has been destroyed by 95 percent, the BBC writes.
Hurricane Irma has been classified by the fifth risk, since from the day of its formation to the present, wind speed has reached over 300 miles [300 km] an hour.
