No candidate stops PDK: You call your “smut” The destroyers, it's a compliment

Candidate of The PDK for the mayor of Prizren, Shacir Totaj, has been asked by Klan Kosovo journalist for his earlier statement that <x0-boltinals are sumus”.

Following numerous reactions to social networks, Totaj has said that what he said about the perpetrators is a compliment.

This is because, according to him, “smut” in the writer's language means in step with time.

The smutious “was a compliment which means they're in the open with the time”, he said, writes Periscopi.

Totaj said it was about the fact that Pristina has more residents than Prizren, so there is a need for more health services.
