Peter Matthews and Alistair Dinnie were married in the Church of St. Ian, led by the Spanish Episcopal Church (SEC), reported “Daily Mail”, the Periscope broadcast.
Church authorities voted to amend the canon law in June, allowing couples of the same sex to marry in church during the General Council in Edinburgh.

This action made it the first branch of Anglican faith in Great Britain to allow same - sex marriages in church to be welcomed by equal - rights activists.
However, it can lead to action against the church by the Anglican Community ʹ international association of the world's third largest Christian movement.

Rev Markus Dunzkofer, the Rector of St. Joan, told The Times: I have blessed marriages in other Anglican provinces and have always had to stop the promises soon. It felt like something cut, like something that wasn't right.
KSHZ members voted to remove the doctrinal clause, which claimed that marriage is a union of a man and a woman, replacing it with a clause claiming that clergymen who do not wish to conduct weddings with equal gender will not be forced to do so against their conscience.
England's Community General Secretary-General said the KSHZ's decision puts it at odds with the majority's stance that marriage is the eternal union of a man and a woman.
Last year, the US Episcopal Church was suspended from participating in making decisions and prevented Anglican representation in meetings with other Christians and faith groups after supporting equal marriage./Periscopi/
