The country's deputy prime minister, at the same time, Behgjet Pacolli, believes it is time for the Security Council to consider the possibility of transforming UNMIK into a UN political office, to help Kosovo's aspirations to join the World Organisation, broadcast Indesksonline.
Pacolli also said the Kosovo delegation has met in New York with UN General Assembly President Miroslav Lajqak.
