UN approves “severe” against North Korea

The United Nations Security Council (KS-OKB) before midnight (according to Middle European time), adopted a draft resolution under which “stricter sanctions” against North Korea, which continues its development of its nuclear programme, reports Anadolu Agency (AA).
According to the latest resolution, the KS- The UN has imposed an oil embargo on North Korea and has banned textile exports.
The UN Security Council unanimously adopted a resolution with which a definition of selling refined northern Korea oil is included and seeks to enforce embargo on textile exports, which is the country's second largest income source.
This is the ninth resolution, starting in 2006, approved by the KS- The UN, envisioning economic and military sanctions against North Korea, due to the development of a nuclear programme.
