He urged co-operation with the opposition for the country's development, but also for co-governance. “Deep gratitude for the trust you gave me by choosing me head of the Assembly. I will be guaranteed to implement the constitution of the Republic of Albania, implement the Parliament's regulation, and always serve citizens. For citizens the Constitution is the foundation of rights and for us lawmakers is the foundation of obligations to serve all citizens in support of the opposition. I am aware that the legislature's direction is supreme because the Assembly is the only pluralistic institution”, Ruci said.
