Last week, South Korea sounded the alarm that Penian was moving a rocket to its western coast. Analysts said the communist state would launch another ballistic missile on 9 September, on the date of the founding of the Republic of North Korea.
However, no rocket was launched. But now American military intelligence has information that Kim Jong is preparing to launch a missile within hours.
