The Vetevendosje movement in Malisheva has accused municipal governance run by Ragip Begaj, that it is not working for the interests of citizens, and that this is evidenced by the serious state of sanitation in the village of Mlqaan.
Through a media communique, the Vetevendosje Movement has announced that several days ago they visited the village of Mleqan, where they have seen the scandalous state of the sewers in this village.
The recorded images, according to the Vetevendosje Movement in Malisheva, point to the state of these sewers for which thousands of euros have been spent from the taxpayers' budget but which has turned the meadows and fields of this village into swamps where entire hectares have been infected, causing pollution andorms to the health of the inhabitants as many of the livestock graze in these fields and meadows.
“The violated chairmanship of jobs and no projector plan by leaving the channeling tubes to flow out of the ground only a few meters of wet village houses points to the irresponsability of municipal governance led yesterday by Kilaj and today by Begaj with the same model which, wherever it touches and makes the situation even worse than it was”, says the communique.
Furthermore, Vetevendosje recalls that this form of investments, instead of facilitating the lives of residents, is actually making it more difficult for them, risking their health and damaging the environment that has resulted from the destruction of hectares of entire land and bread fields, which pose a risk of health and damage to their wealth that, according to Article 347, the penal code has been described as criminal acts that are sanctioned by resources up to eight years.
