UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has estimated today that the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue is facing serious challenges, warning that there is not enough progress, including the Serb municipal community, and urged both sides to revive the process.
In the report on UNMIK's activities and the situation in Kosovo, for the period from April 16th to July 15th, it is said that no progress has been achieved during this period in implementing existing agreements on establishing the association of Serbian municipalities, nor when it comes to integration of justice.
