Kosovo Assembly deputies, two years ago, just on August 3rd have voted in favour of changing the constitutional amendment, which paves the way for the founding of the Special Court.
There were 82 votes for, 5 against and 1 abstention, which this time paves the way for the government to send two more bills on Special.
Meanwhile, during the day it was the opposition that was the most vocal in opposing the establishment of the Special Court, calling it unfair, selective and which would violate the country's sovereignty.
But the government and position deemed this vote unfair, but necessary to remove allegations of crimes committed by the Kosovo Liberation Army in the last war.
