Nauset Beach in Orleans, Massachusetts closed on Monday after the attack, where vacationers thought it was the trace of blood of a man torn by a shark.

A couple of surfers were only a few feet away when the shark, believed to be a white great one, had torn a seal apart.

The video distributed on the Internet shows the shouts of the Surfers when they had observed traces of blood near the beach, the “Daily Mail” reported, broadcast Periscopi.

I was just pulling my table and people were shouting: Get out of the water, get out of the water”, said one of the surfers, Nisi Schlunger for NBC New York.
