This job of nominating the heads of the Assembly or prime ministers without winning elections or creating post-election coalitions of the majority in the country, instead of providing solutions to effective institution creation, is becoming a problem of managing egos of expectations for these positions.
One thing is clear: Kosovo needs to pre-assuming the Constitution, which has democratic deficits because the relative majority (party or first coalition with the number of MPs) gives priority in relation to the parliamentary majority.
