PAN MP Milaim Zeka said Rugova was blackmailed by an LDK official.
Although Zeka did not mention his name, earlier reported to the LDK chairman in Prizren, Haxhi Avdyli, who in a photo published on Facebook in the background with September of Ibrahim Rugova, said that the “a hand set up today in the Kosovo Assembly fried LDK”.
