Mustafa asks: Who are those strong men who make big decisions?

If not, how long will the procedures take on international arbitration and how long will liberalisation be postponed, since the European Commission has concluded that the ratification should make Kosovo's Parliament, rather than international arbitration”, Mustafa wrote.

“How will the KSF be transformed into the Armed Force, and how will partnership with NATO and the US be maintained, in the situation when Serbs in the assembly refuse to vote on constitutional changes related to this matter, while our partners say that this should be done with broad compliance and constitutional changes? How the rule of law will be strengthened, more specifically how crime will be fought, and how corruption will be fought”, he added.

All at the end of his post, Mustafa has sought to find the <x0 strength” that, according to him, make major decisions for Kosovo.
