In office Prime Minister Isa Mustafa has said it is a difficult time to remember those who have not yet been found.
While putting flowers near the memorial plaque for the missing Mustafa said they would ask Serbia to open the files.
He said the Kosovo government has been trying to do everything possible to whiteen the fate of the found.
