The Word newspaper has provided documentation proving that the head of the Mitrovica municipality, in record terms, has been on the college's list for less than three years.
This list is also published on the official college page, where no one tells of Bahtir as a student.
Administration officials in both Pristina and the “Business branch” in Vushtrri refused to speak. Vushtrri's man has argued that he is employed late at this institution and that he does not have enough information.
Meanwhile, neither Bahtiri himself wanted to talk about his relationship with this college.
Contacted by the newspaper, Bahtiri has just heard about college and refused to explain.

Meanwhile, on the official website of the Mitrovica municipality, there is a communiqué that tells of the memorandum signed between Agim Bahtiri as Mitrovica chairman and college dean “Business”, Shykir Kabashi.
This communiqué, dated October 6, 2016, says the memorandum aims to define the scope of co-operation on both sides for the realisation of mutual interests in the field of research and scientific knowledge.
The “with the memorandum parties agree to co-operate in the qualifications of new frameworks and at the same time provide mutual assistance in this regard”, it says.
In the communiqué, it is said that with the municipal memorandum, the students of the College “Businessi” region of Mitrovica will do practical work in their institutions, while the college will allow high school students to continue courses for preparing the national test.
