Drenas Mayor Ramiz Ladrovci has reacted following yesterday's Supreme Court ruling regarding the case of HINA 250.
This court has called on brothers Fadil Demaku and Nexhat Demaku, former chairman of Drenas to serve a three-year prison sentence charged with war crimes.
Ladrovci has said that justice institutions are independent, but that yesterday's decision does not leave us impartial.
His full post:
Drenica, for over a century, was a source of freedom, meeting with dignity the challenges, stormes, and tests of freedom.
Drenica conveyed the message of sacrifice for over a century. Even today, the sons of Drenica are delivering this message.
Law institutions are independent in their decisions. The decision yesterday does not leave us impartial.
Yesterday's deliverers received news that touched us. For many reasons we have been awaiting release from any charge.
Drenica, Drenas, always proud of the Saviors!
