Velko Odalovic, secretary-general of the Serbian Foreign Ministry, left a conference in Croatia in protest, when a Croatian deputy minister told him all the difficulties in the region come from Belgrade.

But, a few days earlier, Odalovic was also invited to a conference for the missing in Pristina, and had entered the hall only after the end of President Hashim Thaci's speech. President Thaci, after completing the speech, had left the conference room, and with him, the flag of the Republic of Kosovo, which was set for his speech.

In protest, Velko Odalovic, secretary-general at Serbia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, emerged from a conference on the disappearances of the Balkan wars, which was being held in Zagreb, KTV reports.

Because a statement was made by Croatian Deputy Prime Minister Stjepan Suciq, who told him that the source of all evils in the region is Belgrade, words that were offensive to Odalovic.

I didn't expect such grave words to be uttered against the Republic of Serbia and its organs, without being provoked by anything, by accusations that we've occupied territories, that we've committed intense aggression, to the last sentence that was so serious, that we are the disaster of the region, that we have come from Belgrade. ”

On the other hand, Susic, the media outside the conference hall, had told them that Serbia had precise information about mass cemetery, but that it did.

The leaders of the Kosovo Commission for Undiscovered Persons, who have told KTV that Susic only expressed an issue that had been raised earlier, that without the opening of the former Yugoslav Army archives, there would be no progress in whiteling the fate of the undiscovered.

Odalovic at this conference was in the quality of the Serbian Commission's chairman for the Invisible Persons.

Last week he had stayed in Pristina at the “conference Challenges in Identification” organised by the Burimore Centre for Missing Persons.

Odalovic had not even appeared in the hall until President Hashim Thaci had left, and with him the flag of the Republic of Kosovo.

In questions about who had later decided and removed the flag, KTV has not received an answer, until in a proposal, adviser Ardian Arifaj has said the matter should be questioned by organisers.

Bajram Cerkini, co-founder of the Missing Persons Source Centre, has confirmed Odalovici's absence during Thaci's speech.

Cherkin said they didn't plan to set a flag, and there was no information about who had decided or removed it.

The financial supporters of this conference were the British Embassy in Kosovo, who in a written reply, asked whether such was the request of Secretary Odalovic, have denied it.

“Faluri left the hotel shortly after the president left the conference and before any panel speaker started contributing to the conference, including the British Embassy representative's contribution”, said Embassy spokeswoman Merita Salihu dealt with Munich.
