There's a guy in 14-second video wearing black running off on the street before he falls to the ground. Video authenticity has not been immediately identified.
Yesterday, the assailant stabbed seven people, four of whom are in serious condition.
He has been identified by authorities as residents of Surgu, aged 19.
He was killed by police after resisting arrest.
Police have not indicated whether the attack was terrorist or what the motives were, but I SIS took responsibility for him.
